Help from strangers

One of the great things about the Air Race is the people you meet along the way. We were helping one of the teams who did not have a rental car try to find an 8Gb SD card for their G1000. We had driven to three different stores with no luck when we ran into a woman who was shopping at OfficeMax. When we told her what we were looking for, she sprang into action to help us. She was familiar with stores in the area and started calling around. After failing at 4-5 stores she had a stroke of genius. She thought game cameras use the smaller cards and she called Gander Outdoors. She ended up speaking with someone from the firearms  department who said they have the cards and he put two aside for us. She totally went out of her way to help. Her name is Kay and below is a photo of her, Maddie (team #10) and me. Thank you Kay!!! You are awesome.
